She later transitioned into academia as an Assistant Professor at Manipal University, Dubai Campus, where she played a significant role in mentoring and developing young engineering graduates, fostering analytical thinking, and inspiring technical excellence.
• Personal Life : Today, Shilpa is the Founder & Managing Director of Vision Ventures Technical Services LLC, Dubai, where she leads operations, workforce management, and technical service delivery across a diverse client base. Additionally, she serves as a Director at Neoventive Venture Private Limited, India, contributing to business planning, strategic growth, and organizational structuring. She is also a Team Owner of Sandalwood Strikers, actively supporting sportsmanship, community engagement, and leadership development. Alongside her professional pursuits, she cherishes a fulfilling family life with her husband Mr. Manu H. M. and their daughter Adhvika, who continues to be a source of joy, motivation, and inspiration.
